Cancellations and Notices
At Blake Charles Salon, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to all of our clients. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to both clients and stylists, we have implemented a cancellation policy. For general appointments, clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Hair extension and color correction appointments exceeding 4 hours require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for changes, with the same cancellation fee applied if within this timeframe. Emergencies are understood, but we ask clients to communicate promptly. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling, and cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments. Bridal Groups
All bridal group appointments will require a 30-day cancellation notice. A charge at 50 percent of the booked value will be applied for late cancellations and no-shows. Rates and services are subject to change without notice.
